GM Type II Power Steering Pump for Use with TSP Integral Reservoir - Chrome

This is a GM Type II (Saginaw TC series) hydraulic power steering pump body with a chrome aluminum housing, designed specifically to mate with a separately purchased TSP integral reservoir. No reservoir, reservoir cap, or mounting hardware is included — this is the pump body only, built to pair with a compatible TSP integral reservoir as part of a complete Type II power steering assembly.

This pump features an M16-1.5 threaded outlet and a smooth press-on shaft for press-fit pulley attachment. The inlet diameter should be confirmed against your TSP integral reservoir fitting before ordering, since it pairs specifically with TSP's integral reservoir system. A compatible press-fit GM Type II pulley is required and sold separately.

It's commonly used when replacing the pump body independently on an existing TSP Type II integral reservoir system, or when building a custom Type II power steering setup using a TSP integral reservoir. It's a common fit for GM LS engine swap projects, Corvette accessory drive systems, and custom serpentine accessory drive conversions running a GM Type II bracket system. Mounting hardware is not included. Verify bracket compatibility, inlet fitting style, M16-1.5 outlet compatibility, pulley alignment, and reservoir clearance before installation. This pump uses a smooth press-on shaft — not a screw-on hub or keyed shaft. Installation requires the proper press-fit pulley tool; pressing a pulley on or off without one can damage the shaft. A compatible press-fit GM Type II pulley is required and sold separately.
