GM Type II Power Steering Pump with Integral Black Plastic Reservoir - Black

This is a GM Type II (Saginaw TC series) hydraulic power steering pump with a black aluminum housing and an integral 8 oz black plastic reservoir with cap. It features a 3/8" hose barb inlet and -6AN threaded outlet, a smooth press-on shaft for press-fit pulley attachment, and an 8 oz black plastic reservoir — giving you a compact, complete pump assembly in a fully blacked-out finish suited to stealth, pro-touring, and dark-themed engine bay builds.

The all-black housing and black plastic reservoir create a unified blacked-out appearance, and the 8 oz plastic reservoir keeps the pump compact and lightweight for Type II bracket setups where space is at a premium. This is the right choice when a black finish is the priority over chrome or natural satin aluminum.

A compatible press-fit pulley and press-fit installation tool are required — the smooth press-on shaft is not compatible with screw-on hub pulleys. A compatible pulley and mounting hardware are sold separately. This pump is commonly used on GM LS engine swap projects, Corvette accessory drive systems, custom street rod and muscle car serpentine builds, and aftermarket serpentine accessory drive conversions running a GM Type II bracket system. Verify bracket compatibility, inlet and outlet fitting style, pulley fit, and reservoir clearance before installation. Fill and bleed the system after installation.
